Ofgem Stakeholder Workshop Invite for SEC Parties

4 May 2021

Ofgem is holding a virtual workshop for SEC Parties as part of the ongoing review of DCC future regulatory arrangements on Thursday 24 June 2021 10am to 1pm.

The purpose of the workshop is to test Ofgem’s updated thinking following the feedback received from stakeholders following the recent Call for Evidence.

At this stage, Ofgem is seeking to establish the scope of the review and agree on its guiding principles and objectives. The workshop is an opportunity to test emerging thinking with stakeholders ahead of a consultation later in the year.

If you would like to attend, please register your interest by emailing smartmetering@ofgem.gov.uk by 5pm Thursday 27 May 2021. Up to two attendees per SEC Party can be accommodated, but depending on the level of interest, attendance may be restricted to one per SEC Party. Ofgem will confirm the number of places available once registration for the event closes.

Please submit your interest in the following format:

  • Full name
  • Designation
  • SEC Party

Agenda items and access links will be shared with all attendees in due course. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch should you need more information about the workshop or the review. Ofgem would also like to thank all colleagues who have responded to the Call for Evidence, whether in writing or through other engagements. All non-confidential responses have now been published on Ofgem’s website.
