SEC Parties are invited to take part in the 2021 Ofgem Cross-Code Administration Performance Survey, specifically in relation to the Smart Energy Code (SEC).
Please contact the SECAS Helpdesk to provide your consent for SECAS to share your contact details (name, company name, email address and contact number) with the agency administering the survey, Savanta, by 5pm on 4 May 2021.
How will my data be used?
Ofgem has commissioned its selected agency to undertake the cross-code survey on the performance of Code Administrators. The main objectives for this survey are to:
- identify best practice in how the Code Administrators are carrying out their role; and
- collect research data on the nature of the service, its efficiency, levels of satisfaction and the nature of any issues.
Views will be collected via an online survey, with a sample of survey participants being contacted by phone to provide a qualitative response.
We welcome your participation and feedback as your contribution will directly influence the efficiency and the role of industry codes.
