On 22 April 2022, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) issued its response to a consultation on changes to the Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) Scheme for DCC Smart Metering Equipment Technical Specification (SMETS)1 Services, following a consultation issued on 9 February 2022.
