On 20th August, following consultation with SEC Parties and other interested parties, DCC published a recommendation to the Secretary of State that the date from which DCC is required to provide both SMETS1 Device & User System Tests (DUST) and Pending Product Combination Tests (PPCT) is moved from 31st August 2018 to 30th November 2018.
Having considered DCC’s recommendation and the stakeholder views expressed in response to its consultation, BEIS has issued a direction to amend the date from which DCC is required to provide SMETS1 DUST and PPCT to 30th November 2018.
