Today, 11 January 2022, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has published their decision to not approve the addition of the new Device Model Combinations (DMCs) described in EPCL Report 23 and its associated Annex to the SMETS1 Eligible Products Combination List (EPCL).
