Today, 23 December 2021, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has issued a consultation on a revision to the Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) Scheme for the Enduring Change of Supplier Arrangements (ECoS).
Responses are requested by 28 January 2022.
The changes are intended augment the incentives for the DCC to ensure that it appropriately processes change of supplier Service Requests during the migration from the existing transitional Change of Supplier arrangements to the enduring arrangements. A number of other minor adjustments are also proposed, particularly in light of the DCC’s provisional replan of the programme to introduce ECoS.
