Has the meaning given to that expression in Section G3.28(a) (SMETS1 Smart Metering Systems).

For the purposes of Section G3.26:
(a) a SMETS1 SMS is “Secure” if it is designed, installed, operated and supported so as to ensure, to an
Appropriate Standard, that it is not subject to any event which results, or is capable of resulting, in
any Device of which it is comprised being Compromised to a material extent;
