Means a person who, pursuant to the Code, receives and relies upon a Certificate.
A Relying Party is an End-Entity that does not necessarily hold a Certificate
but even so, may rely on a Certificate and/or Digital Signatures/Derived
symmetric keys created using that Certificate. The Relying Party is
responsible for deciding whether or how to check the validity of the
Certificate by checking the appropriate Certificate status information. The
exact rights and responsibilities between a OCA and a Relying Party will be
defined in the Relying Party Agreement.
