February 2023 SEC Release

The February 2023 SEC Release, which went live on 23 February 2023, consisted of only SEC documentation changes arising from SEC Modification Proposals; it did not impact the DCC Systems. The following modifications were in scope:

MP172 'Reduced CPA & CPL requirements for innovation and Device field trials'Approved
MP210 'RSA forecasts, orders and pay stock charges for Alt HAN Equipment'Approved

The SEC Release Implementation Document covering the modifications targeted for inclusion in this release is available below. This document was last updated on 2 February 2023 to reflect MP172 being approved for implementation.
